Eligibility for Shipping

  1. Recipient Must Be an FFL Dealer:
    Firearms will only be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Individuals cannot directly receive firearms through shipment.
  2. Verification of FFL:
    • The recipient’s FFL license must be validated before shipment.
    • A copy of the FFL must be provided to Jackson Arms LLC via email or uploading to the website ( jacksonarmsllc.com ) before processing the order.

Shipping Process

  1. Carrier Selection:
    • Firearms are shipped via carriers authorized to transport firearms, such as UPS or FedEx.
    • Shipments will require adult signature confirmation upon delivery.
  2. Packaging:
    • Firearms will be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • No markings on the exterior of the package will indicate that it contains a firearm.
  3. Shipping Address:
    • Firearms can only be shipped to the address listed on the FFL.
    • No changes to the shipping address will be allowed after the order is processed.
  4. Restricted Areas:
    • Firearms cannot be shipped to jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws before purchase.

Order Requirements

  1. Customer Information:
    Customers must provide:
    • A valid government-issued photo ID.
    • Their contact information.
  2. Compliance Check:
    • Orders may be subject to additional review to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Processing Time:
    • Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days after receiving FFL documentation and payment confirmation.

Returns and Refused Shipments

  1. Undeliverable Packages:
    • If a package is refused or returned due to issues with the FFL dealer, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 10-15% restocking fee.
  2. Damaged or Lost Shipments:
    • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier. Jackson Arms LLC will assist as needed but is not liable for carrier negligence.

Legal Compliance

  1. Buyer’s Responsibility:
    • Buyers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and transfer.
    • Non-compliance may result in order cancellation and reporting to authorities if required.
  2. Export Restrictions:
    • Firearms cannot be shipped outside the United States.
